Reflekt works with a range of clients, from those who are engaged in therapy to those who are resistant. For clients who are defensive, Reflekt is a way for them to increase their awareness, as well as strengthen their connection to the process outside of the therapy room. In the emerging remote market, Reflekt supports client connection, empowering and catalyzing the impact of your work together.
Our team of experienced clinicians utilizes a transtheoretical approach, taking from leading evidence-based clinical theories, including: CBT, MBSR, EFCT, Gottman, Attachment, Logotherapy, and DBT. This approach supports our belief that humans are complex, and that our perceptions and behaviors stem not only from our histories, but also our thoughts, our emotions, and our felt sense.
Reflekt’s clinical team prefers a common factor approach to psychoeducation. While many other offerings teach people how to change themselves, we look to the dynamics that occur interpersonally and intrapersonally. Rather than focus on one aspect of emotional health or relationships, we see people as a whole system, utilizing a transdiagnostic approach to health. Psychoeducation is focused on providing opportunities for meaningful introspection and interactions.
Reflekt has developed Emotional Technology that combines natural language processing with proprietary clinical algorithms and AI. Our technologies are heavily influenced by the work of James Pennebaker and the research that created LIWC and other technologies that identify personality traits similar to a Big Five personality analysis.
